Very positive experience with Super Service! Cold called this service while in a crisis with a warranty on a newer hot water heater purchased at a big chain. Long story short, Tim was very willing to assist me with the big chain at a courtesy so when it was time to hire a new service it was an easy decision. We had our main drain blocked last Thursday. I found superservice today on line and called them. They were very good at responding. It was after hours (after 7pm). Tim was very helpful over the phone. He stated out the price up front as well as the time frame of service. Soon after that, the technician David called and let us know the approximate time as well as some instructions before his arrival. David took his time to understand our drain system in the house. He was able to help us unclog the blockage. In addition to that, he also helped solve the problem with our water tap without any additional charge. Amazing service! Called them late afternoon on a Tuesday and they where at my place first thing next morning. I can't say enough good things about this company. Our pipes froze in January (along with tons of other people!). A friend recommended Super Service Today when I got no call back from our regular plumber. While they weren't able to come that day, Tim called back within 30 minutes and walked me through what to do if we had a total system collapse. The following day, a team came out, and located and repaired the broken pipe. These folks are now my go-to for any and all plumbing needs, and I'm deleting the info for the company which never called back despite my having given them thousands of dollars of business over the years. We needed to replace the shutoff for our new washing machine so I was looking for a plumber and happened across your ad. It was one of the best searches I had made in a while. Woman I spoke with at the office was very helpful and told me she could get someone out to my house later in the day and as promised Dennis Lombardi showed up later that day. I had originally received an email stating he was on his way and then a followup phone call saying he would arrive within thirty minutes. When he arrived he was quite courteous and explained to my husband what he could/would do to correct the problem in the most efficient way which we appreciated. We had a great experience with Super Service Today. We discovered a leaking basement pipe quite late on the night before the January 4 '18 blizzard. The owner of the company had me text him pictures of the leaking pipe, was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and told us how clear the water out of the pipe so it didn't cause a bigger problem. He assured me we didn't need emergency service, even though I'm sure he could charge a significantly higher fee for an emergency visit. He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes around midnight, in the middle of what must have been one of his busiest times, given the volume of frozen pipes around the city with the intense cold and snow.
